If your report does not give you clear, usable recommendations for your hair, beard and style, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. No forms, no interview.
How to request one
Reply to your purchase confirmation, or contact us at support@caliber.lifestyle with the email address you used at checkout. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
What is not covered
We cannot refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase, or purchases where the uploaded photo made analysis impossible after we offered a free re-scan. Because your report is generated specifically for you, we may decline repeated refund requests from the same person.

Your plan is delivered instantly in your browser and as a downloadable PDF. By purchasing, you agree that delivery begins immediately; the 7-day guarantee above replaces the standard EU withdrawal period for digital content and is offered voluntarily.
