What we collect
The photo(s) you upload, the analysis and plan generated from them, optional body details (height, weight, build) and — if you purchase — your email address. We do not ask for a password or for any payment details beyond what our payment processor handles.
How your photos are used
Photos are stored in private storage and are used only to generate your own analysis, visuals and PDF. They are never shown publicly, sold, or used for advertising. Photos are sent to our AI provider solely to produce your report.
Sharing
Nothing is public unless you create a share card. A share card only publishes what you see on it, and only to people you send the link to. Your access link is private — treat it like a password.
Third parties
We use infrastructure and AI providers to store data and generate results. They process data on our instructions and are not permitted to use your photos to train models or for their own purposes.
Retention and deletion
We keep your analysis so you can reopen your report. You can request deletion of your photos and report at any time by emailing us — we will remove them within 30 days.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to processing. Contact support@caliber.lifestyle and we will respond within one month.
